U-7544M CR is a DIN-rail I/O module that connects 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs directly to OPC UA, MQTT and RESTful API networks. It can run all three communication methods at the same time, so a single device can feed a cloud platform, a field control system and a local HTTP or HTTPS client without additional gateways.
The built-in dual-port 10/100 Base-TX switch lets modules be daisy-chained along the network, reducing the number of switches and cable runs. The module can be powered from an IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) PoE connection or from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block, and its web interface handles configuration, control and I/O monitoring from a browser, with no separate app needed.
On-board logic lets engineers define IF, THEN, ELSE rules across physical I/O and virtual points, and a scheduler runs those rules at set times. I/O trigger messages can be logged to CSV or sent to a line for device tracking. The unit is rated CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE.
