PET-7H16M/PET-7H24M
The PET-7H16M is a PoE-capable Ethernet data acquisition module for high-speed analogue measurement over the network. Eight single-ended 16-bit inputs are sampled simultaneously at up to 200 kS/s per channel, and the input range is programmable between ±10 V and ±5 V.The module also provides four digital inputs, four isolated open-collector digital outputs with short-circuit and overload protection, and one high-speed plus four low-speed 32-bit counters. The low-speed counter values are latched in step with ADC sampling, so counts can be correlated directly with the analogue data. Acquisition can be triggered by software, an external digital event, an analogue threshold or an external clock, with pre-, post- and delay-trigger options.Data can be streamed over TCP or read through Modbus TCP, in either continuous or N-sample transmission mode. Software support covers Windows 7/8/10 and Linux, with SDKs for Microsoft VC, C#, VB.NET and C/C++, a NI LabVIEW toolkit and Python demos. The PET-7H24M is an Ethernet-connected data acquisition module for engineers who need high-speed, synchronised capture of analogue signals alongside digital I/O and encoder counting. Its four differential analogue inputs offer 24-bit resolution and are sampled simultaneously at up to 128 kS/s per channel, with a programmable bipolar input range on every analogue channel.Data is streamed over the built-in 10/100BASE-T port using either continuous or N-sample transmission, and acquisition can be started by software command or by an analogue threshold trigger. Software support covers Windows 7/8/10 and Linux, with SDKs for Microsoft VC, C#, VB.NET, C/C++, .NET and Python, a NI LabVIEW toolkit, and Modbus TCP for integration with control systems. The module can be powered from Power over Ethernet or from a 12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block. Digital outputs include short-circuit and overload protection, and the module provides 2500 VDC intra-module isolation and 4 kV ESD protection, making it suitable for demanding measurement environments.ApplicationsHigh-speed acquisition via EthernetTemperature, vibration and strain high-speed measurementHigh-voltage and high-current high-speed measurementMobile and portable measurement applicationsPrecision signal measurement
The PET-AR400 CR is an Ethernet-connected acquisition module for accelerometer signals, with four differential IEPE inputs digitised by a 24-bit ADC. It can be powered from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block or over PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 2), which suits mobile and portable measurement setups as well as fixed installations.Acquisition can be started by a software command for continuous or N-sample capture, or by the analogue threshold trigger, which begins collecting N samples when the input passes a set voltage. Sampling runs at 32 kS/s on three or four channels, 64 kS/s on two and 128 kS/s on one. Data can be streamed over TCP or read through Modbus TCP.Software support covers Windows 7/8/10 and Linux, with SDK and demo code for Microsoft VC, C#, VB.NET, NI LabVIEW, C/C++, .NET and Python. The metal housing mounts on DIN-rail or wall and is rated for -25 ~ +75 °C operation.ApplicationsVibration measurement and analysisMachine condition monitoringPredictive maintenanceMobile and portable measurementPrecision signal measurement
