The BRK-2841M CR is a metal-cased MQTT communication server for machine-to-machine and industrial IIoT networks. It acts as a broker for distributing MQTT messages and as a concentrator for field data, supporting MQTT V3.1, V3.1.1 and V5.0 clients.Broker features include QoS message delivery, retained messages, identity authentication, communication encryption, Last Will messages and bridging. Settings are made through the browser-based Web UI, which reduces the effort of setting up and maintaining a broker. For resilience, several units can be grouped into a redundant system using the bridge, cluster, load balancer and high-availability functions, so that a hardware or network failure does not halt field services.Data can be written directly to mainstream databases such as MySQL. During connection outages, data is buffered to a MicroSD card (sold separately) and back-filled once the link is restored.ApplicationsBridge architecture deploymentsRedundancy architecture deploymentsCluster architecture deploymentsPlastic injection molding machine monitoring
The DL-303 CR records carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity and dew point together, with date and time stamps on every record. Readings are shown simultaneously on a 2.8-inch touch screen, and a single relay output can drive an alarm device or an indoor air quality (IAQ) control device.Data can be read over RS-485 using DCON or Modbus RTU, or over Ethernet using Modbus TCP or MQTT. The unit can be powered from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block, which simplifies installation where a network cable is already present. Configuration is available through the touch screen or the built-in web server.Logged data can be downloaded and exported to CSV for analysis. Free Windows utility software, iOS and Android apps are included, and multilingual on-screen messages can be shown to prompt operators. The device is listed with CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE certification.ApplicationsTransportation of food or pharmaceuticalsFood and beverage industry (HACCP)Blood stations and pharmaciesBuilding and energy managementWarehouse managementMuseums, archives and galleries

It handles remote maintenance, system settings and firmware updates, and imports historical and real-time I/O and power data into a database for review and analysis. The software can run on a public cloud virtual machine, such as Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix or Amazon AWS, or on a Windows system to build a private IoT cloud. Collected data is stored in MS SQL, MySQL or Oracle, where it can be reviewed in the built-in web interface or passed to SCADA and analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio. This ordering code licenses connection of up to 50 controllers. Upgrade packages are available to raise the limit to 200 or 500 controllers.ApplicationsCloud monitoring and maintenance of machines, facilities and environments
The IoTstar2025-RC200 is the 200-controller licence of ICP DAS's IoT cloud management software. It lets you maintain WISE, PMC and PMD controllers remotely from a browser, with no programming needed, and import their I/O channel and power data into a database for storage and analysis.IoTstar can run on a virtual machine in a public cloud such as Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix or Amazon AWS, or on a Windows system (Windows 7/8/10 or Windows Server) for a private cloud deployment. Data is stored in MS SQL, MySQL or Oracle, and can be reviewed in the built-in web interface or passed to SCADA and analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio. This ordering code covers a maximum of 200 connected controllers. Smaller (50-controller) and larger (500-controller) licences are listed separately, and upgrade packages are available to move an installation from 50 to 200 or from 200 to 500 controllers.ApplicationsCloud monitoring and maintenance of machines, facilities and environments
IoTstar2025-RC500 is the 500-controller licence of ICP DAS's IoTstar 2025 cloud management software, aimed at engineers who need to oversee a large fleet of WISE, PMC and PMD controllers from one place. Remote maintenance is carried out in a web browser, so no custom programming is needed to check status, change system settings or apply firmware updates. The software imports I/O channel and power data from the controllers into a database, where it can be reviewed in the built-in web interface or passed to SCADA and analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio. Supported databases are MS SQL, MySQL and Oracle. Values stored in the database can also be modified with SQL commands to change the state of DO and AO channels on connected devices.Deployment is flexible. IoTstar 2025 can run on a virtual machine in a public cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix or Amazon AWS, or on a Windows system (Windows 7/8/10 or Windows Server) to build a private IoT cloud.ApplicationsCloud monitoring and maintenance of machines, facilities and environments
The IoTstar2025-UC050-200 is an upgrade package for IoTstar 2025 cloud management software. It increases the maximum number of WISE/PMC/PMD controllers that can be connected from 50 to 200, allowing an existing IoTstar deployment to scale without moving to a new licence tier.Once connected, controllers can be maintained remotely through a browser, including status monitoring, system settings and firmware updates. Sensor and power data from the controllers can be collected into a database, where it can be reviewed in the built-in web interface, shown on dashboards, reported on statistically, or queried through the Bot Service on mobile messaging apps. This upgrade suits operators of machines, facilities and environmental monitoring systems who need to manage a larger fleet of controllers from a single cloud or private deployment.ApplicationsCloud monitoring and maintenance of machines, facilities and environments
