The DN-8237UB CR is a 2-axis daughter board that gives ICP DAS 2-axis motion controllers, such as the I-8092F and PISO-PS200, a practical screw-terminal interface for pulse-command stepper or servo drives. It is designed for the universal snap-on wiring configuration, so field signals can be connected without modifying the controller.Each axis has its own signal group, covering pulse output command lines, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit-switch inputs, and a servo-enable output. Onboard high-speed photo-coupling isolation helps protect the controller, and status LEDs for power, home and limit switches make commissioning and fault finding easier. Terminal connectors can be swapped to reassign each axis definition without rewiring.The board includes an onboard power module that accepts 20 ~ 26 VDC and supplies the voltages needed by the on-board circuitry.
