The I-8094H-G is a 4-axis pulse-type motion control module for stepping and servo motor control in general-purpose motion applications. It adds an FRnet master port to the I-8094A feature set, so remote I/O can be expanded quickly over a two-wire link.
Interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, synchronous actions and automatic homing are handled by a high-performance motion ASIC, which keeps the processor load low. The internal CPU allows motion operations without a PAC, while one or more modules can also be used with a single PAC controller.
Motion status and the other I/O channels on the PAC remain available for monitoring while the axes are driven. User-defined Macro subroutines can be integrated from an external source to embed customised processes in the module.
