I-8094F-G 4-Axis Motion Control Module with FRnet Master, 4 Mpps Pulse Output

Product information "I-8094F-G 4-Axis Motion Control Module with FRnet Master, 4 Mpps Pulse Output"

The I-8094F-G is a 4-axis motion control module for ICP DAS XP-8000 and WP-8000 programmable automation controllers. It drives stepping or pulse-type servo motors, with each axis capable of up to 4 Mpps pulse output, and suits general-purpose motion applications that need coordinated movement without heavy processor loading.

Most motion functions, including interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, automatic homing and synchronous actions, run in the module's dedicated motion ASIC. The host PAC can continue to monitor motion status and other I/O while the motors are driven, and several motion modules can be fitted to a single controller.

An FRnet master port on the module carries a two-wire remote I/O bus, extending the system to 128 DI and 128 DO channels. Hand wheel and jog operation, software limits and position comparison are included for commissioning and machine control.

Applications

  • General-purpose stepping and pulse-type servo motor control

DN-8468DB 4-Axis Stepper/Servo Motion Terminal Board for Delta ASDA-A
DN-8468DB CR DN-8468DB 4-Axis Stepper/Servo Motion Terminal Board for Delta ASDA-A

The DN-8468DB CR is a 4-axis stepper and servo motion control terminal board designed to sit between an ICP DAS 4-axis motion controller and a Delta ASDA-A servo amplifier. It gives each axis its own group of pulse command, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit-switch signals, plus a servo-enable output, on screw terminals for straightforward wiring.Engineers choose this board to simplify multi-axis wiring and protect the controller. High-speed photo-coupling isolates the interface signals, and the terminal connectors can be swapped between axes to change axis assignments without rewiring. An onboard power module accepts a wide 20 ~ 26 VDC input and supplies the voltages needed by the board's own circuitry.Status LEDs for power, home and limit switches help with commissioning and fault finding. Where the controller supports FRnet, the board also offers an FRnet terminal for high-speed serial I/O expansion. The board is CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marked.ApplicationsFour-axis stepper or servo motion controlDelta ASDA-A servo amplifier integrationMulti-axis positioning systems built around ICP DAS 4-axis motion controllers

I-9094F I-9094F 4-Axis Motion Control Module with FRnet Master for XP/WP-9000 PAC

The I-9094F is a four-axis motion control module for the XP-9000 and WP-9000 PAC series. It drives stepping or pulse-type servo motors and adds an FRnet master port to the full function set of the I-9094 series, so remote digital I/O can be added without extra wiring complexity. Most motion tasks, including interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, automatic homing and synchronous actions, are handled by a dedicated motion ASIC. This leaves the PAC processor lightly loaded, so one or more of these modules can run in a single controller while motion status and other PAC I/O remain available for monitoring.Engineers choosing this module for multi-axis positioning on a PAC get pulse output at up to 4 Mpps per axis, encoder feedback, and a two-wire FRnet link that scans 128 DI and 128 DO within 2.88 ms. Programming libraries and the EzGo Utility are supplied to shorten development.ApplicationsGeneral-purpose multi-axis motion control on XP-9000 and WP-9000 PAC systemsPositioning with stepping or pulse-type servo motor drivesMachine applications combining motion control with expanded remote digital I/O

I-8094-G CR I-8094-G 4-Axis High-Speed Motion Control Module for XP-8000/WP-8000 PAC

The I-8094-G adds four independent motion axes to ICP DAS XP-8000 and WP-8000 programmable automation controllers. It drives stepping or pulse-type servo motors, with pulse output of up to 4 Mpps per axis, and reads a 32-bit encoder counter on each axis. It suits engineers who need general-purpose multi-axis positioning, interpolated moves and automatic homing without building the motion logic from scratch. Most of the motion work, including interpolation, acceleration profiling and homing, runs in the module's dedicated motion ASIC, so the PAC processor carries little load. Motion status and the other I/O channels on the controller can still be monitored while the motors are running, and several motion modules can share one PAC. A set of synchronous actions allows event-triggered responses to be configured on the module. The ordering code I-8094-G CR is the high-speed variant of the I-8094 series. The module is certified to CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE, and uses a 68-pin SCSI-II connector with an operating range of -20 ~ +75°C.ApplicationsGeneral-purpose multi-axis motion controlStepping and pulse-type servo motor controlMotion add-on for XP-8000 and WP-8000 PAC systems

I-8094A-G 4-Axis Pulse Motion Control Module with Internal 80186 CPU
I-8094A-G I-8094A-G 4-Axis Pulse Motion Control Module with Internal 80186 CPU

I-8094A-G is a 4-axis stepping and pulse-type servo motor control module for ICP DAS PAC series controllers. It suits general-purpose motion applications where interpolation, homing and synchronous actions are required on several axes at once.Unlike the standard I-8094, this variant includes an internal 80186 CPU. The module can run motion operations without a PAC, and when used with a PAC it can execute user-defined subroutines (macro functions). Customer-specific routines can be stored inside the module. Most motion tasks are handled by the motion ASIC, so the processor load stays low and motion status and other I/O on the PAC can still be monitored during operation.Key motion functions include 2/3-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, automatic homing, position comparison and software limits. Several modules can be fitted to a single PAC because of the light CPU loading.ApplicationsGeneral-purpose multi-axis motion controlStepping and pulse-type servo motor controlMotion applications running alongside ICP DAS PAC controllers

The I-8094H-G is a 4-axis pulse-type motion control module for stepping and servo motor control in general-purpose motion applications. It adds an FRnet master port to the I-8094A feature set, so remote I/O can be expanded quickly over a two-wire link.Interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, synchronous actions and automatic homing are handled by a high-performance motion ASIC, which keeps the processor load low. The internal CPU allows motion operations without a PAC, while one or more modules can also be used with a single PAC controller.Motion status and the other I/O channels on the PAC remain available for monitoring while the axes are driven. User-defined Macro subroutines can be integrated from an external source to embed customised processes in the module.ApplicationsGeneral-purpose motion controlStepping and pulse-type servo motor controlMulti-axis positioning with interpolation
