EtherNet/IP
The EIP-2017 is an EtherNet/IP adapter module for distributed analogue measurement. It brings 8 differential or 16 single-ended analogue input channels onto an Ethernet network, which suits engineers who need to collect process signals from the plant floor into an EtherNet/IP system without a separate fieldbus gateway.Flexible input configuration: A jumper selects between differential and single-ended operation. Voltage ranges from ±150 mV to ±10 V and current ranges of 0 ~ +20 mA, +4 ~ +20 mA and ±20 mA are supported. Internal 125 Ω resistors can be selected in differential mode, while single-ended current inputs need an external resistor. The rated accuracy is +/-0.1%, with 3000 VDC intra-module isolation.Network and diagnostics: Two 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 ports allow daisy chaining, and the module can be deployed in star, line or ring topologies. LEDs show both input status and connection status, and the manufacturer's software utility is available for configuration and testing over Ethernet.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting Equipment
EtherNet/IP Module (Isolated 8-ch Universal Analog Input), with CN-1824 Daughter Board.
EIP-2042 CR is a remote digital output module that acts as an EtherNet/IP adapter, bringing 16 open-collector outputs onto an Ethernet network. It suits engineers who need to switch field loads from a PLC or supervisory system over EtherNet/IP without running discrete wiring back to a central cabinet. Two auto-negotiating 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 ports support daisy chaining, so the module can be placed where the I/O is needed and wired in line with other devices. The network can follow star, line or ring topologies. Output and connection status are shown by LEDs, and the isolation design of 3000 VDC helps protect the module from interference. The module supports a Power-On-Value and Safe-Value, and firmware can be updated over Ethernet. ICP DAS also provides a software utility for configuring and testing the module via Ethernet. The EIP-2042 CR is mounted on DIN-rail and is rated for an operating temperature of -25 °C to +75 °C.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting Equipment
EIP-2051 is an EtherNet/IP remote I/O module that brings 16 digital input and counter channels onto an Ethernet network. It works as an EtherNet/IP adapter, so it can be placed on the factory floor and tied into the wider network without a separate fieldbus gateway. The inputs accept wet or dry contacts with sink/source operation, and the 32-bit counters run at up to 3 kHz. Input status and connection status are shown by LEDs, which simplifies commissioning and fault finding. Two auto-negotiating 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 ports support daisy chain wiring, while star, line and ring topologies are also supported.Engineers choosing this module for building, factory or machine automation, or for remote diagnosis and maintenance, will benefit from its isolated input design, removable terminal block and firmware updates over Ethernet.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting Equipment
The EIP-2055 CR is a remote digital I/O module that brings 8 isolated inputs and 8 open-collector outputs onto an EtherNet/IP network. It is designed as an EtherNet/IP adapter, so it can be added to an existing Ethernet/IP control architecture with the I/O points reachable over the network. The two 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 ports support daisy chain connection, which reduces cabling and simplifies device placement. The module can also be deployed in star, line or ring topologies. The digital inputs support wet and dry contacts, with a counter function up to 32-bit (4294967295) counts at 3 kHz, and the outputs are rated for loads from +3.5 V to +50 V. Power-on and safe values can be set for the outputs.LEDs show both the I/O status and the connection status, which helps with commissioning and fault finding. Firmware can be updated over Ethernet, and a software utility is provided for configuring and testing the module. Note that load current and power consumption differ between the Non-RevB and RevB hardware, so check the revision when designing for the output current budget.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting Equipment
The EIP-2060 is a remote digital I/O module that connects 6 digital inputs and 6 power relay outputs to an EtherNet/IP network. It works as an EtherNet/IP adapter, so it can be added to an existing Ethernet infrastructure without a separate fieldbus gateway. A 32-bit MCU handles network traffic, and the input channels can operate as counters. Each digital input is a sink/source wet contact with an ON level of +5 VDC to +50 VDC and a frequency of 3 kHz, and each relay is rated at 5 A @ 250 VAC/24 VDC (resistive load). Two RJ-45 ports support daisy chaining, so the module can be placed along a line, in a star or in a ring topology. The ordering code EIP-2060 CR is the RoHS-compliant version listed in the ordering information.Status is shown by LEDs for I/O and connection state. Power-on and safe values can be set for the relay outputs, and firmware can be updated over Ethernet. A software utility supplied by the manufacturer is available for configuring and testing the module via Ethernet.ApplicationsBuilding automationFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
