The I-8090W-G CR adds three independent encoder counter channels to an iPAC-8000 or ISaGRAF PAC system. Each axis can be set to Quadrant, CW/CCW or Pulse/Direction counting, so one module can suit a range of encoder and pulse-train signal types.Each channel uses differential inputs (A+/A-, B+/B-, C+/C-) and counts at up to 1 MHz. The counters are 16-bit in hardware and can be extended to 32-bit in software. Inputs are optically isolated at 2500 VDC.This ordering code includes the CA-PC25M DB25 male connector with plastic cover.
