WISE-7526M CR is a browser-configured I/O module for engineers who need analogue measurement, digital sensing and switching at the field level without writing control code. Control logic is built from IF-THEN-ELSE rules entered through the module's web pages, so it can be commissioned quickly from any standard browser.
The module combines six differential analogue inputs, two analogue outputs, two digital inputs and two digital outputs on one unit. Each analogue input can be set to its own range, and the inputs are protected against overvoltage up to 240 Vrms. Timers, schedules, internal registers and I/O monitoring are available for local automation tasks.
For connectivity, the module supports Modbus TCP for SCADA integration and MQTT for IT and IoT platforms. Power can be taken from an IEEE 802.3af-compliant PoE network or from a 12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block. A built-in two-port Ethernet switch allows units to be daisy-chained along a network run, reducing cabling and the need for separate switches.
