Payment and shipping costs

All prices are stated excluding VAT and shipping costs. The shop sells exclusively to businesses.

Payment

• Invoice: payment terms as stated on the invoice.
• Prepayment: by bank transfer. We ship once the payment has been received.

Shipping

We ship from Denmark to all EU countries and to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Iceland. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. They are shown in the checkout before you place your order.

Deliveries outside the EU are invoiced without Danish VAT. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

VAT

• Denmark: 25 % Danish VAT.
• Other EU countries: no VAT with a VAT number verified in VIES (reverse charge).
• Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Iceland: export without VAT.
