The NS-208PSE-IP67 CR is an unmanaged Ethernet switch for industrial networks in harsh environments. Each of its eight 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 ports can power a connected device over Ethernet, so cameras, access points and other powered endpoints can be installed without a separate supply cable at each location.
The switch acts as a power sourcing equipment (PSE) unit and is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af. Each port delivers up to 15.4 W, with automatic detection and power management. It uses store-and-forward switching with wire-speed forwarding, and supports auto-negotiation, full and half duplex, and auto MDI/MDI-X. The housing is rated IP67 between -10 °C and +60 °C, and IP66 between -40 °C and +75 °C.
This ordering code ships with the IP67 RJ-45 plugs (4SASO-0001, x 8), caps with tether (4SASO-0004, x 8) and an IP67 power plug (4SIO1K0000016, x 1). It mounts on a DIN rail or a wall, and the 1500 Vrms isolation rating supports installation in demanding cabinets and outdoor enclosures.
