XP-9xx8-IoT
The XP-9188-IoT CR is the 1-slot member of the Win-GRAF XP-9000-IoT series, a PAC that runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (64-bit) with an embedded Win-GRAF SoftLogic runtime programmed to IEC 61131-3. Control logic, operator screens and data handling share one metal housing, which suits projects where a separate PLC, HMI PC and gateway would otherwise be needed.Connectivity includes two RJ-45 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports, VGA and HDMI display outputs, and four COM ports (one RS-232, one RS-485 and two RS-232/RS-485), each rated 3000 VDC isolated. The single expansion slot accepts I-9K or I-97K series I/O modules. Supported protocols include OPC UA Server, Modbus TCP/IP Master/Slave, Modbus RTU Master/Slave, Modbus ASCII Master, DCON and user-defined protocols.Redundant power inputs and support for a Dual-PAC redundant system are available for applications that need added resilience. The unit operates from -25 to +60 °C and can be mounted on a DIN rail or on a wall.ApplicationsIntegrated HMI, data acquisition and control in a single unitSoft PLC control using IEC 61131-3 programming with Win-GRAFMachine and automation projects requiring local I/O expansion and serial device connectionDual-PAC redundant control systems
The XP-9788-IoT CR is the 7-slot member of the Win-GRAF XP-9000-IoT series, built around an embedded Win-GRAF SoftLogic runtime that follows IEC 61131-3. Its 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom E3845 processor at 1.91 GHz and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (64-bit) let one unit handle control logic, HMI and data acquisition together, with local I/O expanded through seven slots.Operator visualisation is provided directly from the PAC through VGA and HDMI outputs, with eLogger HMI support. Two RJ-45 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports and four serial COM ports (RS-232 and RS-485, 3000 VDC isolated) cover communication with field devices and higher-level systems.Choose this model when you need the largest I/O capacity in the series. Compared with the 1-slot and 3-slot variants, it has a wider 422 x 164 x 133 mm (W x L x H) housing and a typical consumption of 20.4 W. It mounts on DIN-rail or wall, and its dual redundant power inputs support a Dual-PAC Redundant System.ApplicationsCombined HMI, data acquisition and control within a single PACMachine control with local I/O expansion using I-9K and I-97K modulesSystems requiring Windows-based applications alongside Win-GRAF logicRedundant PAC architectures using the Dual-PAC Redundant System feature
