Payment and shipping costs
All prices are stated excluding VAT and shipping costs. The shop sells exclusively to businesses.
Payment
- Invoice: payment terms as stated on the invoice.
- Prepayment: by bank transfer. We ship once the payment has been received.
Shipping
We ship with GLS to Denmark and all EU countries except Malta, and with UPS to Norway. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. The exact price is shown in the cart and in the checkout before you place your order.

Deliveries to Norway are invoiced without Danish VAT. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees in Norway are paid by the recipient.
VAT
- Denmark: 25 % Danish VAT.
- Other EU countries: no VAT with a VAT number verified in VIES (reverse charge).
- Norway: export without VAT.
