Stack Light Monitor
The SL-P6R1-WF is a stack light monitoring module for machine status tracking. It reads the state of each colour segment on a DC-type stack light without interfering with the machine, giving engineers a clear view of the current operating stage. Each segment can be reported as OFF, ON or flashing, and the module can also evaluate user-defined combinations of segments.Connectivity is flexible, with RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces plus an IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN in infrastructure or limit-AP mode. Redundant power inputs (PoE IEEE 802.3af Class 1 or a DC terminal block) allow the unit to be powered from whichever source is available. Status data is available to SCADA and MES systems through Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT.Configuration and firmware updates are handled through the built-in web interface over Ethernet. Access can be restricted with an IP whitelist and a web password. The alarm relay output can drive external alarm devices, and the module mounts on a DIN rail.ApplicationsFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
The SL-PA6R1-WF CR is a DIN-rail stack light monitoring module that watches the indicator outputs of a machine without interfering with its operation. Each of its six AC digital inputs can read a colour segment as ON, OFF or flashing, so the current operating state of a machine can be tracked remotely and acted on quickly.Beyond single segments, the module can evaluate user-defined combinations of colour segments, with up to 81 combinations, and report how long the previous status lasted. Status data is available over Modbus RTU on RS-485, or over Modbus TCP and MQTT on Ethernet, with Modbus TCP also available over Wi-Fi. A single relay output can be used to trigger an alarm device.Wireless connectivity follows IEEE 802.11 b/g/n and supports infrastructure and limit-AP modes. Power can be supplied through PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or a DC terminal block, and the module is configured through its built-in web interface. This ordering code is listed by the manufacturer as Asia Only.ApplicationsFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
The tSL-P4R1 CR is a DIN-rail stack light monitoring module for machine status tracking. It reads the state of each colour segment on a DC-type stack light, so operators and supervisory systems can see whether a segment is on, off or flashing without interfering with the machine's own control circuit. Four DC digital inputs and one Form A relay output allow it to monitor the indicator and pass alarm signals to external devices.Beyond single-segment readings, the module can be configured to recognise user-defined combinations of colour segments, with up to 81 combinations supported. It also reports how long the previous status lasted, which helps engineers analyse downtime and cycle patterns. Data is available over RS-485 with Modbus RTU, or over Ethernet with Modbus TCP or MQTT, making it straightforward to connect to SCADA and MES platforms.Configuration is carried out through the built-in web interface, which is protected by an IP whitelist and password. Firmware can be updated over Ethernet. Redundant power is provided by either the terminal block (+10 ~ +48 VDC) or PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1), and the unit is rated for operation from -25 ~ +75 °C.ApplicationsFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote DiagnosisTesting Equipment
Monitor machine status without touching the control logic. The tSL-PA4R1 reads the indicator outputs of a machine's stack light and reports the state of each colour segment as ON, OFF or flashing. It is intended for MES-connected machines, where it helps teams track operating stages and machine utilisation through SCADA software without interfering with the equipment itself.Beyond single-segment detection, the module can be configured to recognise user-defined combinations of several colour segments and reports how long the previous status lasted. Status data is available over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT, using either the RS-485 or Ethernet interface.Power can come from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or a DC terminal block (+10 ~ +48 VDC), giving redundant supply options. Configuration is handled through a built-in web interface, which also supports firmware updates over Ethernet. A relay output allows an alarm device to be driven directly.ApplicationsFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
