The ET-7060 CR combines six wet contact digital inputs with six form A power relays in a single Ethernet-connected DIN-rail module. Each input can also operate as a 32-bit counter, which suits pulse counting and status monitoring in automation and remote supervision tasks. Relay power-on and safe values are programmable, so outputs can be set to a defined state when the module starts or communication is lost.
Communication is handled over a 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 port using Modbus TCP or Modbus UDP. A built-in web server and web HMI allow configuration and monitoring through a browser, while dual watchdogs (module and communication, both programmable) help maintain system reliability. Access can be restricted with ID, password and IP filter controls.
Isolation is rated at 3000 VDC for the I/O and 1500 VDC for Ethernet, with no channel-to-channel isolation. When switching inductive loads, fit a flyback diode for DC loads or a metal oxide varistor for AC loads to protect the relay contacts and extend relay life.
