MN-SERVO-PA4-EC CR is a distributed single-axis motion control module that extends a Motionnet fieldbus network to Panasonic MINAS A4 servo drivers. It mounts directly on the servo driver, so the controller needs only one serial Cat.5 LAN connection per module instead of separate point-to-point wiring to each drive.
Modules are daisy-chained with simple LAN cables, and a single serial line supports up to 64 single-axis modules. The module provides pulse output at up to 6.6 MHz, encoder input, and dedicated inputs for slow-down, home and positive and negative limit sensors on each axis, along with multi-axis linear and 2-axis circular interpolation.
This ordering code uses the e-CON Mini-Clamp connector variant, which offers a quicker and debris-free wire termination process. Its power, communication and I/O are three-way isolated for better noise immunity and device protection.
