The NS-208AG is an unmanaged Ethernet switch with eight shielded RJ-45 ports, each supporting 10/100/1000 Base-T. Ports negotiate speed and flow control automatically, so an engineer can connect eight workstations or devices without manual configuration. Automatic MDI/MDI-X crossover means straight or crossover cabling can be used.The switch uses a store-and-forward architecture with a 4096-entry MAC table and 1.5 Mbit frame buffer memory. It supports 9K jumbo frames at 1000 Mbps and provides both IEEE 802.3x and back pressure flow control.
