Product information "iSN-813-MTCP IR Temperature Sensor, Modbus TCP, 4800-Pixel Thermal Imaging"
iSN-813-MTCP is a non-contact infrared temperature module with a 4,800-point sensing array (80 x 60). The dense sensing grid keeps readings accurate at a distance of up to 6 m, and the thermal image shows object edges, shapes and temperature distribution, which helps staff find abnormal hot spots quickly.
The module measures from -20°C to 300°C with 0.1°C resolution and an accuracy of ±5°C max. It communicates as a Modbus TCP server and as an MQTT and RESTful client, and it includes a temperature threshold detection function. Configuration and monitoring are handled through a web-based interface.
Power can come from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or from a +10 to +30 VDC supply. The housing mounts on DIN-rail, with magnetic and universal-joint mounting available as options. Typical uses include machinery overheating checks, surface temperature distribution mapping, moving-object temperature measurement and pipeline leak detection in petrochemical plants.
Applications
- Machinery overheating monitoring
- Measuring the temperature of moving objects
- Measuring temperature distribution on object surfaces
