Product information "U-7504M OPC UA I/O Module, 4-ch DI, AI and AO with PoE"
U-7504M CR is a networked I/O module for engineers who need to bring local digital and analogue signals onto OPC UA, MQTT or RESTful API systems without a separate gateway. It combines 4 digital inputs, 4 analogue inputs and 4 analogue outputs in one unit, with the communication and rule processing handled on the module itself.
The built-in two-port 10/100 Base-TX switch allows modules to be daisy-chained, reducing cable runs and the number of switch ports needed. The module can be powered from an IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) PoE network or from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block, which helps simplify wiring and power distribution in cabinets.
Configuration, control and I/O monitoring are carried out through the built-in web user interface in a browser. Scaling converts raw analogue readings into more meaningful values, while IF, THEN, ELSE rules and scheduled actions allow logic to run on the module for I/O and virtual points.
Applications
- Sending I/O values to cloud systems for display, analysis or control strategy
- Feeding field control systems with local digital and analogue I/O data
- Distributed I/O in cabinets where PoE reduces wiring and power sockets
