U-7542M is an Ethernet I/O module that drives 16 isolated open-collector digital outputs and passes data to cloud or field control systems over OPC UA, MQTT or RESTful API. It suits engineers who need networked switching of loads without a separate PLC or gateway layer.
A built-in dual-port 10/100 Base-TX switch allows modules to be daisy-chained along a cable run, reducing the number of switches and cable drops required. The unit accepts IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) Power over Ethernet or a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block supply, and its Web UI lets you configure, control and monitor channels and connections from a standard browser.
Local logic is handled by IF, THEN, ELSE rules, which can act on outputs and virtual points, while the schedule function runs rules at set times. Configuration covers programmable power-on and safe values, and a 3750 VDC I/O isolation rating.
