Product information "MN-2091U-T Motionnet Single-axis Universal Motion Control Module, Terminal Block"
The MN-2091U-T adds one motion axis to a distributed Motionnet network. Each module connects to the controller in series over standard Cat.5 LAN cable, so axis count can be grown along a single line without a dedicated motion card in every machine segment. The ordering code MN-2091U-T CR is listed with RoHS in its description.
Pulse output runs at up to 6.6 MHz and supports OUT/DIR and CW/CCW modes with a 28-bit counter. Trapezoidal and S-shaped acceleration profiles, on-the-fly speed and position changes, and linear and two-axis circular interpolation give control over motion quality. Limit, home, slow-down and latch inputs are provided per axis, with a 26-pin HD D-Sub connector for servo and stepper drivers. ICP DAS offers cables for a range of driver brands, which reduces wiring between drivers and the controller.
