I-97018/S 8-ch Thermocouple Input Module with High Voltage Protection

The I-97015 CR is an 8-channel RTD input module from the I-9K/I-97K PAC I/O series, designed for temperature measurement with resistance temperature detectors. Each channel can be configured individually, so a single module can host different RTD sensor types across its inputs.Three-wire RTD connections are compensated automatically, which keeps readings accurate regardless of lead length. Open wire detection and 16-bit resolution support reliable monitoring, while the 3000 VDC intra-module isolation and ±120 VDC overvoltage protection help protect the input stage.Communication is via one RS-485 port using the DCON protocol at 1200 to 115200 bps. I-97017Z is an analog input module for engineers who need to measure a mix of voltage and current signals on one RS-485 node. Each of its 10 differential or 20 single-ended channels can be assigned an individual input range, from millivolt-level ranges up to 10 VDC and 20 mA, with 0 ~ +20 mA and +4 ~ +20 mA options. Voltage and current input selection is made by jumper.The module is built for harsh signal environments. Every channel tolerates 240 Vrms overvoltage in differential mode, and each analog input includes 50 mA overcurrent protection at 110 VDC/VAC. Per-channel open wire detection is provided for +4 ~ +20 mA inputs, and 3000 VDC intra-module isolation separates the field side from the rest of the circuit.Sampling can be set to normal mode at 10 Hz total or fast mode at 50 Hz total, so the module can be matched to the response time the process requires.
