I-87123-G is a single-port CANopen master module for engineers who need a dedicated master controller on a CAN bus network. It follows the DS-301 v4.02 specification and handles network management, scanning of all nodes on the network, and monitoring of EMCY, Node Guarding and Heartbeat events.
For process data, the module offers event-triggered, remote-requested, cyclic and acyclic SYNC of PDO modes, along with dynamic PDO mapping. SDO communication supports the segment protocol, and the module can also run in master listen mode. The baud rate range is 10 k ~ 1 M, and a 120Ω terminating resistor is built in.
The module is isolated, with 3000 VDC for DC-to-DC and 2500 Vrms for the photo-coupled channels. It is rated for an operating temperature of -25 ~ +75 °C and includes PWR, RUN and ERR status LEDs. Driver support is listed for WinPAC, ViewPAC, XPAC and XPAC-CE6, and the SDK covers eVC++4.0, VC++, VB.net and C#.net.
