DN-8P8C-CA CR is a DAQ daughter board that extends compatible ICP DAS controller modules with 8 digital output channels and 8 counter input channels. It is intended for engineers building cost-effective analogue control systems who need PWM output or fast pulse counting at load voltages higher than the host module supports.
The board works with the I-8088W, I-87088W, CAN-2088 and I-7088 modules. Load voltage for the PWM outputs and the high-speed counter can be raised from +3.5 V up to +50 V. Each digital output is a sink type, rated at 200 mA per channel, and the digital inputs have a response speed of 500 kHz. An SW1 switch selects between two input voltage ranges, so the board can be matched to the signal level in use.
Each terminal is protected against ESD to ±4 kV contact (IEC 61000-4-2). The board is rated for -25 to +75 °C and mounts on DIN-rail or wall. This ordering code includes two CA-090910-A cables and two CA-3813 connector covers.
