The DN-8237MB CR is a motion control daughter board that pairs ICP DAS 2-axis motion controllers with Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2 servo amplifiers. It is designed to be fitted to compatible controllers such as the I-8092F and PISO-PS200, and it supports pulse command type stepper or servo motors.
Signals are routed through screw terminals grouped by axis. Each group carries the pulse output command lines, encoder feedback lines, special purpose inputs (home, near home and limit switches) and a servo-enable output. Connectors can be swapped to reassign axis definitions without rewiring, and onboard photo-coupling isolation helps protect the controller.
An onboard power module generates the voltages needed by the board from a wide 20 ~ 26 VDC supply, drawing up to 12 W at 24 VDC. Power and status LEDs indicate the state of the board and its limit and home signals. The board is rated for an operating temperature of -20 ~ +75 °C.
