The DB-8225/2/DIN is a DIN-rail mounted screw terminal board that connects field wiring to A-82X series and PCI-1800U series data acquisition hardware through a female DB37 connector. It provides 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog input channels, selectable per channel by the user.
The board includes blank pads for building break detection, low-pass filter, current shunt and voltage attenuation circuits. Analog input channel 1 carries an on-board cold junction circuit, and its single-ended or differential mode is set with a jumper.
This ordering code includes a CA-3720 DB37 male-to-male cable (45°, 2 m) for the connection to the DAQ card. The base DB-8225 variant ships with a 1 m cable and is not DIN-rail mounted. Rated for 0 ~ +60 °C operation, with CE, UKCA, FCC and WEEE certification.
