I-7011PD CR is a remote I/O module from the I-7000 series that brings one differential analogue input, one digital input and two digital outputs onto an RS-485 DCON network. The analogue input accepts thermocouple, voltage or current signals, so a single module can cover a range of sensor types in building, factory and machine automation.
The "P" variant adds support for thermocouple types L and M alongside J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N and C. Open thermocouple detection is provided on the analogue input. The digital input works as a 50 Hz event counter, and the two open-collector outputs can be used as high/low alarms with programmable power-on and safe values. Current input requires an optional external 125 Ω resistor.
A 5-digit 7-segment LED display and a power and communication LED give local status at a glance. The module has 3000 VDC intra-module isolation, a built-in dual watchdog and a DIN-rail housing measuring 72 x 123 x 35 mm. It operates from +10 ~ +30 VDC over a temperature range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
