Buying and prices
Who can buy in the shop?
The shop sells to businesses only. When you create an account, you enter your company name and VAT number (in Norway the organisation number). The number is checked automatically in the EU's VAT register VIES or in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, and your company details are filled in for you.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT. Danish businesses pay 25 % VAT. Businesses in other EU countries buy without VAT when their VAT number is confirmed in VIES (reverse charge). If the number cannot be confirmed, VAT is added. Deliveries to Norway are exports without Danish VAT; import VAT and duties are paid by the recipient.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount depends on the quantity of each product: 3 % from 10 pieces and 5 % from 31 pieces. It is deducted automatically in the cart, and the product page shows the price for each step.
Some products show "Price on request". What does that mean?
These products are priced per order. Use the "Request a quote" button on the product page and enter the quantity you need, and we will reply with price and delivery time.
Can I get a quote for larger quantities or a project?
Yes. Write to [email protected] with product numbers and quantities, and we will send you a quote.
Payment
How can I pay?
By invoice, with the payment terms stated on the invoice, or by prepayment via bank transfer. With prepayment we ship the goods once the payment has been received.
Shipping and delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
Denmark, the other EU countries except Malta, and Norway.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the destination country and the weight of the parcel and is shown in the cart before you order. We ship with GLS to Denmark and the EU and with UPS to Norway. Software licences ship free of charge. For orders over 100 kg we quote the shipping.
How long does delivery take?
The carrier's delivery time after dispatch is listed for each country on the "Payment and shipping" page, e.g. 1-2 working days in Denmark and 2-3 working days to Germany. If you need the goods by a certain date, please write to us before you order.

Where can I find datasheets and manuals?
The datasheet from ICP DAS is on the product page under "Downloads". The specifications are under "Specifications".
I cannot find a product.
Search for the product number, also without the dash (e.g. "et7017"), or for the product type and protocol. If you still cannot find it, write to us and we will check whether we can supply it.
How do I choose the right module?
Under "Solutions" you will find guides by application, e.g. remote monitoring, energy metering and test and measurement. You are also welcome to write to us with a short description of the task.
