PROFINET
GW-7662 CR is a PROFINET IO device that bridges a PROFINET controller and serial Modbus equipment. Modbus PLCs, sensors and ICP DAS M-7000 series modules can be brought onto a PROFINET network without changing the field devices, and the bundled utility software is used to configure the gateway. The gateway supports both Modbus master and slave modes, with RTU or ASCII framing. Its serial port can be set to RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485, with baud rates from 1200 to 460800, 7 or 8 data bits, none, even or odd parity, and 1 or 2 stop bits. Cyclic exchange runs at a minimum of 1 ms, with up to 512 bytes of input and 512 bytes of output data.A generic GSDML file (version 2.25) is provided for integrating the device into a PROFINET engineering project. The RoHS-compliant unit is rated for an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C and mounts on DIN-rail, which suits industrial cabinets in factory and process automation.ApplicationsIndustrial AutomationFactory AutomationProcess Automation
The GW-7663 CR is a PROFINET IO device that bridges a PROFINET controller and Modbus TCP devices. Engineers can bring existing Modbus equipment, including PLCs, sensors and ICP DAS ET-7000 series modules, onto a PROFINET network without replacing those devices. The gateway supports both Modbus master and slave operation, and a generic GSDML file (version 2.25) is provided for PROFINET controller integration. Cyclic time is 1 ms minimum, and input and output data can each be up to 512 bytes. A utility software package is supplied for configuring the module.Built around a 32-bit CPU with 32 MB SRAM and 4 MB flash, the unit is designed for DIN-rail installation and an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C. It carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marks.ApplicationsIndustrial automationFactory automationProcess automation
The I-7580 CR brings serial equipment onto a PROFINET network. It acts as a PROFINET IO device with RT functionality, and the serial port is chosen to suit the connected device: RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485. The ports cannot be used at the same time, so one interface is active per unit.It is well suited to integrating legacy or standalone serial hardware, such as serial remote I/O, sensors, actuators, HMIs, barcode readers and RFID readers, into a PROFINET controller's cyclic data exchange. Conformance Class B and RT Class 1 are supported, with a generic GSDML file (version 2.25) provided for engineering tools.Serial parameters cover baud rates from 1200 to 460800, 7 or 8 data bits, and none, even or odd parity, with one stop bit. Input and output data can be up to 512 and 384 bytes respectively. Mounting is on DIN-rail, and the operating range is -25 ~ +75 ℃.ApplicationsIndustrial AutomationFactory AutomationProcess Automation
