The tM-PD3R3 CR combines three digital inputs and three power relay outputs in a DIN-rail module that is controlled over RS-485. Each input and output channel is photocoupler isolated, which suits control cabinets where switching loads and signal wiring must be kept apart.
The digital inputs accept dry-contact, source-type signals and can all be configured as 16-bit counters with a maximum count of 65535, making the module useful for simple on/off monitoring and pulse counting. Each relay is a Form A (SPST N.O.) power relay rated for 5 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC under VDE, with separate UL ratings also listed in the source.
Programmable power-on and safe output values let the relays start in a defined state and fall back to a known condition. Dual watchdog functions, 4 kV ESD protection and 3750 VDC intra-module isolation support reliable operation in demanding environments, with an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
