The ET-2224CIS CR is an Ethernet-connected analog output module for engineers who need four isolated 12-bit outputs at a remote point in the network. Each channel can be set to 0 ~ 5 V, 0 ~ 10 V, 0 ~ 20 mA or 4 ~ 20 mA, so one module can serve a mix of voltage and current inputs on field devices.
Output behaviour can be tailored to the process. Power-on and safe values are programmable, output readback and voltage/current ADC readback help verify what the module is driving, and over-value protection guards against unintended high outputs. Open wire detection is provided on the 4 ~ 20 mA channels, and each channel has 3000 VDC isolation from the others.
For networking, the built-in 2-port 10/100 Base-Tx switch with LAN bypass supports daisy-chain wiring, and the module can be reached through Modbus TCP/UDP, MQTT or SNMP V2c. I/O Pair Connection allows remote analog input data to be written to local outputs in Pull mode. The listing describes this ordering code as RoHS compliant.
