The XP-9181-IoT CR is a Windows-based programmable automation controller for engineers who need HMI, data acquisition and control in a single compact unit. It runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit) on an Intel Atom E3845 1.91 GHz quad-core processor with 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM and a 64 GB SSD, so standard Windows software and development tools can be used on the controller.
Connectivity covers VGA and HDMI display outputs, two 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports and a set of isolated serial ports: one RS-232, one RS-485 and two switchable RS-232/RS-485, each rated at 3000 VDC isolation. A single local slot accepts I-9K or I-97K series I/O modules, and remote I/O expansion is possible through Ethernet or RS-485 I/O modules.
The unit is designed for DIN-rail or wall mounting and has a +10 ~ 30 VDC power input with redundant power inputs for added resilience. Its dual watchdog timer and operating range of -25 ~ +60 °C suit demanding control cabinet installations. The CR ordering code is the RoHS-compliant standard version.
