The XP-8037-CE6 is a zero-slot programmable automation controller that combines an IEC 61131-3 soft PLC with a full Windows CE 6.0 platform. Its 1.0 GHz dual-core x86 processor and 2 GB of DDR3 SDRAM let engineers run Embedded ISaGRAF Ver.3 control logic alongside other PC-based control software on one device.
Because it has no I/O slots, the XP-8037-CE6 suits projects that rely on Ethernet, serial and USB connectivity, or that need local display output through its VGA port. Its Modbus RTU/TCP master and slave support, dual watchdog timer and hard real-time capability make it a practical choice for supervisory and control tasks that need deterministic behaviour.
The ISaGRAF workbench offers standard PLC languages (LD, FBD, SFC, ST, IL) and flow chart programming, with online debugging, monitoring and offline simulation. The eLogger HMI option allows the operator interface and control logic to run in the same PAC.
