The PROFI-5051 adds 24 isolated digital inputs to a PROFIBUS DP network as a DP-V0 slave. Each channel accepts sink or source wiring and has a 3750 Vrms isolation rating, which suits field signals that need to be kept apart from the control side.
Setup is straightforward. The transmission rate is detected automatically, the station address is set from 0 to 99 using rotary switches, and the I/O configuration is loaded from the GSD file, so the module can be added to any PROFIBUS configurator. Supported baud rates run from 9.6 k up to 12 M.

- Operating temperature of -25 to +75 °C, storage of -30 to +80 °C, 10 to 90% RH non-condensing
