PCC-1416 CR is a digital electronic CAM controller that replaces mechanical cam systems with digital signal processing. Output timing is set through the touchscreen rather than by machining or swapping metal cam blades, so operating parameters can be changed quickly and repeatedly.The unit combines a 4.3-inch high-colour touch display with a single-axis encoder input that accepts Binary or Gray Code absolute encoders, at up to 12-bit resolution. It provides 8 banks, each with up to 32 area settings, driving 16 open-collector CAM outputs. A Start Input must be energised before the CAM channels can switch, which helps prevent unintended outputs during machine set-up and testing.The ordering code carries the RoHS suffix, and the listed certifications are CE, UKCA, RoHS and WEEE.
