The APW77BAM-EU CR is a wall-mount thin access point aimed at medium-sized businesses that need to extend an existing wireless network. It runs on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac support and can be powered from IEEE 802.3af PoE or a 12 VDC/1A supply.Operating modes include AP Only, WDS Only, WDS Hybrid, Universal Repeater and Client. Universal Repeater mode is a practical way to extend coverage by linking to other access points, which helps when building a larger wireless infrastructure.For segmented access, the unit can emulate up to 8 APs with different ESSIDs, with traffic separated by VLAN IDs. This suits separating guest and corporate wireless traffic.
