WISE-5231 CR is a plastic-case IIoT edge controller for engineers who need local control logic and I/O concentration without writing code. Logic is configured through built-in web pages in a browser, so no separate software tool is needed. IF-THEN-ELSE rules, timers, schedules and recipes run on the controller itself.
The unit collects field data from several sources at once. It supports XV-board, DCON or Modbus RTU slave modules (up to 32, with COM3 and COM4 each taking up to 16) and Modbus TCP slave modules (up to 16). Data logging with file transfer, active I/O sending, and CGI command exchange with IP cameras and network devices are also supported. Communication runs over Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT, with LINE and email alerts for real-time notifications.
For cloud integration, the controller connects to Microsoft Azure and IBM Bluemix IoT platforms and works with the IoTstar cloud management software. The CR ordering variant is supplied in a plastic case with a 12 ~ 48 VDC power input, a -25 ~ +75 °C operating range and DIN-rail mounting.
