DNM-831I-600V-500A is a single-channel signal conditioner that combines a voltage attenuator and a current transformer in one metal DIN-rail housing. It scales high-voltage inputs up to ±600 V and high-current inputs up to ±500 A down to ±10 V, so they can be read by standard low-level analog input modules rather than dedicated high-power measurement hardware.
Isolation is the main reason to specify this unit. It provides 3000 VDC isolation within the module and 3000 VDC between channels, which helps keep noise from the high-voltage or high-current side away from the measurement signal. The linear attenuation ratio and high input impedance make the scaled output straightforward to interpret.
This ordering code includes the CA-040415 cable and the ASO-0001 current transformer. The current input uses a clip-type transformer with a Φ21 mm inside diameter and a 1.5 m leading cable.
