Win-GRAF ViewPAC with a 5.7-inch TFT LCD, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU and Windows CE 7.0. It runs embedded IEC 61131-3 logic and takes three I-8K or I-87K I/O modules.

The VP-1238-CE7 combines a 5.7-inch touch display with a programmable automation controller in one panel-mounted unit. Its 1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor runs Windows CE 7.0 and the embedded Win-GRAF SoftLogic environment, so control logic written to IEC 61131-3 can run alongside the operator interface on the same device.
Three slots accept high-profile I-8K parallel or I-87K serial I/O modules, allowing the controller to be configured for the signals an installation needs. Communication options include OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU, together with DCON and user-defined protocols. Engineers can build the HMI with the included eLogger tool or with Visual Studio 2008 (VB .NET or C#).
The front panel is rated NEMA 4/IP65, and the unit is designed for panel mounting with a 153 x 136 mm cut-out. The CR suffix in the ordering code identifies the RoHS-compliant version of this model.
