ECAT-2024 EtherCAT SubDevice I/O Module, Isolated 4-ch 12-bit Analog Output

The ECAT-2024 CR is an EtherCAT SubDevice that drives four isolated 12-bit analogue output channels from an EtherCAT Main Device or configurator. Output status is returned in the process data, so the channel state can be monitored in the same cycle as the control values.
Two RJ-45 bus ports support daisy-chain connection, which simplifies device installation and cabling. Stations can be up to 100 m apart over 100BASE-TX, with a 1 ms cycle time and distributed clocks. An on-board MCU handles network traffic and on-the-fly processing.
Each channel is rated for ±4 kV contact ESD, and the module meets IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, IEC 61000-4-2 ESD and IEC 61000-4-5 surge levels. A removable terminal block, LED I/O status indicators and a DIN-rail mounting plastic housing suit panel builds that run from -25 ~ +75 °C.
