The DN-8468DB CR is a 4-axis stepper and servo motion control terminal board designed to sit between an ICP DAS 4-axis motion controller and a Delta ASDA-A servo amplifier. It gives each axis its own group of pulse command, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit-switch signals, plus a servo-enable output, on screw terminals for straightforward wiring.
Engineers choose this board to simplify multi-axis wiring and protect the controller. High-speed photo-coupling isolates the interface signals, and the terminal connectors can be swapped between axes to change axis assignments without rewiring. An onboard power module accepts a wide 20 ~ 26 VDC input and supplies the voltages needed by the board's own circuitry.
Status LEDs for power, home and limit switches help with commissioning and fault finding. Where the controller supports FRnet, the board also offers an FRnet terminal for high-speed serial I/O expansion. The board is CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marked.
