The DN-843I-CT-1 CR is a 3-channel solid core current transformer module for measuring AC and DC currents up to ±1 A. It scales each input to a linear ±1.6 Vpp analog output, so the signal can be read by standard analog input modules such as the I-7017 and I-87017 without needing dedicated high-current hardware.
The "I" version is designed to keep input and output signals electrically separated. It provides 3000 VDC intra-module isolation and 3000 Vrms channel-to-channel isolation, which helps reduce noise coupling from the current inputs into the measurement circuit and between channels.
The module mounts on a DIN rail, runs from a +10 VDC to +24 VDC supply drawing 1.2 W, and is specified for operation from -25 to +75 °C. Its solid core has an inside diameter of 20.4 x 10.4 mm, and the plastic housing measures 148 x 83 x 39 mm (W x L x D).
