The DB-16P16R/DIN is a daughter board that adds 16 isolated digital inputs and 16 Form A relay outputs to compatible OPTO-22 style digital I/O boards. It is designed for use with the PISO-P32C32 and ISO-P32C32, and the source lists DIO24, DIO48, DIO144, PIO-D144U, PIO-D96U and PIO-D48U as compatible host boards.
Relay outputs are driven through a 37-pin connector, and each active relay is indicated by its own LED, which simplifies commissioning and fault finding. Field wiring is made on screw terminals, and the board mounts on a DIN rail.
The relays are rated at 250 VAC/30 VDC, 3 A for 100,000 operations minimum, or 250 VAC/30 VDC, 5 A for 6,000 operations minimum. The board runs from +12 ~ 30 VDC and operates between -25 ~ +75 °C.
