U-7545M is a DIN-rail Ethernet I/O module that brings 16 isolated source-type digital outputs onto an OPC UA network. It can act as an OPC UA Server or Client and can also publish I/O values over MQTT or be read and written through a RESTful API over HTTP or HTTPS, with all three running at the same time.
The built-in dual-port switch allows modules to be daisy-chained along a line, reducing cabling and the need for additional switches. Power can be taken from a PoE-enabled network (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3) or from a 12 to 48 VDC terminal block, which helps simplify installation where power sockets are limited.
Local logic is handled by IF, THEN, ELSE rules, which can act on I/O and virtual points, and by a schedule function that runs rules at set times. A built-in web interface is used for configuration, control and monitoring, and I/O trigger messages can be logged to a CSV file or sent to a line for device tracking.
