EC20-CE CR is a 4G LTE Category 4 module aimed at machine-to-machine and IoT deployments. It uses the 3GPP Release 11 LTE feature set and comes in the standard Mini PCIe card format, so it can be fitted into a host device as a cellular communication module without a custom board layout.
On LTE it provides up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. Because it is backward-compatible with EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, the module can still connect in remote areas that have no 4G or 3G coverage. Supported LTE bands are FDD B1/B3/B8 and TDD B38/B39/B40/B41, with WCDMA 900/2100 MHz and GSM 900/1800 MHz for legacy networks.
The operating range is -35 to +75 °C, with storage from -40 to +85 °C. The module holds CCC, RoHS and WEEE certification and is listed as produced in China.
