The LC-103H CR switches lighting loads directly from a mains-level input, so an engineer can build a basic relay sequence without a remote host controller. Its single isolated AC digital input drives three power relays, each a form A (SPST N.O.) contact rated 16 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC. Operation is local, and no software is needed to control the relay channels.
The module is suited to lamps and electronic ballast loads, with ratings of 40 W at 220 VAC for up to 8 sets of incandescent lamps or 10 sets of LED electronic ballasts. Protection includes 5000 Vrms intra-module isolation, ±2 kV surge and EFT immunity on power, and ±2 kV contact and ±4 kV air ESD.
When remote control or status monitoring is needed, the RS-485 port supports Modbus RTU and DCON at 9600 bps, N, 8, 1. Separate addresses can be set for each protocol through hardware configuration. The module is powered from 10 ~ 30 VDC, draws 0.5 W maximum, and mounts on a DIN rail.
