WISE-7160 CR is a PoE intelligent I/O module with 6 isolated wet-contact digital inputs and 6 power relay outputs, programmed in a browser using IF-THEN-ELSE rules and Modbus TCP.

The WISE-7160 CR is a standalone I/O controller for remote logic control and monitoring. Its built-in web interface lets you configure IF-THEN-ELSE control rules from a browser, so no separate software tool or programming is needed. It combines six wet-contact digital inputs, each with counter capability, and six Form A power relay outputs in one module.
Power can come from an IEEE 802.3af Class 1 PoE network over a standard Category 5 Ethernet cable, or from a 12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block supply where PoE is not available. Timer, internal register, recipe and advanced peer-to-peer functions extend the control logic, and Modbus TCP allows integration with SCADA systems.
The module suits building and factory automation, machine automation and remote maintenance or diagnosis work where a compact, networked I/O point is needed. Its 2500 VDC intra-module isolation and -25 ~ +75 °C operating range support demanding installations.
