The I-7013 CR is a single-channel RTD input module for measuring temperature directly from Pt100, Pt1000 and Ni120 sensors. It supports 2-, 3- and 4-wire sensor connections, and lead resistance elimination is available for 3- and 4-wire wiring, which helps keep measurement errors from cable resistance under control.
Each channel offers 16-bit resolution, ±0.05% of FSR accuracy and a 10 Hz sampling rate. Open wire detection flags broken sensor connections, and the module provides 3000 VDC intra-module isolation between its circuits.
Communication is via one RS-485 port using the DCON protocol, with baud rates from 1200 to 115200 bps and selectable data formats. The module is designed for DIN-rail mounting and operates from +10 to +30 VDC over an operating range of -25 to +75 °C.
