The MN-SERVO-PA4 CR adds a single motion axis to a Motionnet distributed control network and mounts straight onto a Panasonic MINAS A4 servo driver. Modules are linked in series with standard Cat.5 LAN cable, which reduces driver-to-controller wiring in compact machine designs.
Each module handles pulse output at up to 6.6 MHz, encoder input, and the servo interface signals (SVON, ERC, ALM_RST, ALM, RDY, INP). Per-axis limit, home and slow-down sensor inputs, software limits and a position compare trigger output support safe, repeatable motion sequences. One Motionnet line can carry up to 64 axes.
Three-way isolation between power, communication and I/O improves noise immunity and protects the device. Spring-type terminal blocks are fitted as standard, so no additional terminal board is needed. The module operates from 0 to +60 °C.
