DN-831I-100V-50A is a DIN-rail signal conditioner that brings one high voltage input and one high current input into the measurement range of standard analog input modules. The voltage channel attenuates ±100 V to ±10 V, and the current channel uses a clip-on current transformer to scale ±50 A to ±10 V.
Each channel is isolated from the other and from the module's inputs and outputs, with 3000 VDC isolation between modules and between channels. This helps keep noise from the high-power side out of the measurement signal. The attenuation ratio is linear and the input impedance is high.
The CR ordering code includes the CA-040415 cable and the ASO-0002 current transformer, so the clip-on CT with its 1.5 m lead and Φ21 mm aperture is supplied with the unit. It runs from a +10 VDC to +30 VDC supply, draws 1.8 W, and is rated for -25 ~ +75 °C operation.
